While most attendees are welcomed into our events without additional screening, Artifact Guardians reserves the right to request a Resonance Call at any point prior to an event, including after registration has been completed.

Our gatherings are held in the presence of rare artifacts and intentionally curated environments that many participants experience as deeply immersive, emotionally evocative, and energetically amplifying. These experiences can bring greater awareness to what is already present within an individual, often intensifying existing emotions, sensitivities, or processes that may already be unfolding.

As stewards of these artifacts and the spaces created around them, we hold a responsibility not only to the collective experience, but also to the well-being of each participant.

In some instances, information shared during registration, interactions with our team, or other factors may indicate that additional discernment is needed regarding a participant's readiness for a particular gathering. When this occurs, we may request a Resonance Call to explore whether the timing and nature of the event are aligned with that individual's current capacity and circumstances.

Our intention is never exclusion. Rather, it is to ensure that those entering the space are positioned to engage with the experience in a way that is supportive, grounded, and beneficial.

In certain cases, we may recommend postponing attendance until a future event. When this occurs, it is typically not a "no," but a "not right now." We believe that right timing is an important part of the experience itself, and we are committed to making these decisions with care, respect, and thoughtful stewardship.
