To ensure the most meaningful and supportive experience for all participants, Artifact Guardians requires a short Resonance Call prior to attending any private event. This is not a formality - it is part of how we steward the integrity of the container.
This call must be scheduled by the participant and completed by 4pm the day before the event. Registration alone does not guarantee entry.
Why a Resonance Call is Required
Because these experiences can be emotionally, somatically, and spiritually activating, we hold a responsibility to ensure that each individual entering the space is aligned and adequately resourced.
The resonance call allows us to:

Assess readiness and nervous system capacity for the depth of the experience

Ensure alignment with the intention, tone, and energetic field of the event

Cultivate mutual responsibility and respect within the group

Protect the coherence, safety, and integrity of the container
We work from the understanding that each person impacts the collective field. When one participant is misaligned or under-resourced, it can affect the experience for all.
This process allows us to create a space that is not only safe - but deeply held, intentional, and transformative.
We approach this work with devotion and discernment. If, after the resonance call, we feel that an event is not the right fit at this time, that decision will be communicated with care and respect.
In the majority of cases, this is not a “no,” but a “not right now.” We may offer alternative pathways or future opportunities when appropriate.

Artifact Guardians operates through a pay-it-forward community model.
If guests feel genuinely activated or inspired by their experience, we ask that they help grow the movement by sharing it with others who may benefit — whether through conversation, bringing new guests to events, or helping expand the network of Guardians.
As a foundation, we also work to honor the early Guardians who helped establish this movement. While ticket prices will gradually increase over time to support the preservation, research, and stewardship of the artifacts, foundational members who refer a new guest to an event will continue to receive complimentary access.
This model allows us to grow responsibly while ensuring the community that helped build the foundation of Artifact Guardians remains recognized and supported.
